Duration of data storage
Users who access our website can view, edit and delete their personal data at any time and therefore there is no limit to how long we keep this data.

Our customer purchase archives are filed based on current Danish legislation.
Data breach procedures
We use an updated firewall, which informs us if our security has been breached at any time, even if this is through a firewall breach or a password breach – we will be notified as soon as possible after which we can deal with the situation. Our firewall also issues weekly updates on prevented attempts against our security, as well as alerts of increased attempt activity so that we are kept informed of possible attacks against our (and your) data at any time.
Export and deletion of data
You have the right of access to data we have about you You can ask to have a file exported containing the personal data we have, including all the data you have given to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data. This does not include any data that we are obligated to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
